AI Review is a personal learning platform that provides AI-powered code review services. The service helps users improve their software engineering skills through structured feedback and design option analysis.
User Responsibilities

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not submit code that violates intellectual property rights of others

Limitations and Disclaimers
AI-Generated Content
All reviews, suggestions, and feedback are generated by AI systems and should be treated as guidance, not absolute truth. AI systems can make errors, and you should always verify and test any suggestions before implementing them.
No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
AI Review shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
API Keys and Third-Party Services
If you choose to provide your own API keys for OpenAI or Anthropic:
- You are responsible for all costs incurred through your API keys
- You must comply with the terms of service of the API providers
- We are not responsible for any issues with third-party API services
- API keys are stored encrypted but used at your own risk
Intellectual Property
Your Code: You retain all rights to any code you submit. We do not claim ownership of your code, and we do not store your actual code—only metadata and summaries.
Service Content: The AI Review platform, including its design, features, and AI-generated content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon account deletion:
- All your data will be permanently deleted
- This action cannot be undone
- You will lose access to all review history and settings
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
